Curbside service coming soon... Governor Baker has authorized a range of new services allowed by businesses and organizations beginning in Phase I. On May 26th, libraries were given the green light to start offering curbside pickup service to patrons. Our library will be releasing its curbside pickup plans in a special issue coming out soon. Please bear with us as we plan for this important new service. The library is currently working to release backlogged items such as existing library holds. If you had something on hold with the library, we have saved it for you and will be in touch very shortly about a plan for pickup. This will pave the way for the library to accept new holds of Scituate-held library materials as well as returns of items that you have kindly held for us at your homes. Please note that the statewide delivery service has not yet been restarted, so right now only locally available items will be offered. You can also learn more about the town's response to COVID-19, as well as weekly updates from the Town Administrator and Selectboard, here. Please feel free to email Jessi Finnie, Library Director, with any questions or concerns.
