We're Reopening
The Main Library will reopen Monday, July 13th. Monday: 9am-11am, 12pm-2pm, 3pm-5pm Tuesday: 11am-1pm, 2pm-4pm, 5pm-7pm Wednesday: 9am-11am, 12pm-2pm, 3pm-5pm Thursday: 11am-1pm, 2pm-4pm, 5pm-7pm Friday: 9am-11am, 12pm-2pm, 3pm-5pm Saturday: 9am-11am, 12pm-2pm Click here for more information

Need a library card?Don't have a library card? Your's expired? Sign up here! Fill out the registration form and staff will email you your barcode number so you can access our e-resources. Once we reopen, come in with your photo ID and proof of Concord or Penacook residence to pick up your card.

This year, the library’s offering Summer Reading Programs for ALL AGES! Our theme - Imagine Your Story - explores myths, folktales, legends, lore, fantasy, and fairy tales. The program will run from June 22-August 21st. Kids, teens, and adults can sign up here.

Live Chat with Your Librarians When you visit the library’s website you will now see a tab at the bottom of the screen that says either "Ask a Librarian" or "Email a Librarian". When you click on the "Ask a Librarian" tab between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday - Friday, you will be able to use a live chat box to communicate directly with a library staff member. A library staff member will be able to send text messages back and forth with you, send documents and screenshots, and even share screens if necessary!

Jennifer Pharr Davis Talk Jennifer Pharr Davis is a lover of long trails and good stories. She has made a name for herself both as a record-setting hiker and National Geographic Adventurer, and as a writer who has penned numerous books and articles for the New York Times, Outside, and Backpacker. Pharr Davis has inspired women and men across the country with her message that "the trail is there for everyone at every phase of life." She is in this year's IMAX film Into America's Wild, narrated by Morgan Freeman and has a short documentary called Positive Forward Motion that was selected for a number of outdoor film festivals in 2020. During our interactive Zoom webinar with her, Jennifer will share stories and lessons from her many trail adventures and take questions from the audience. Thursday, July 30th at 6pm on Zoom

Books and Brew Join us for our low-pressure book club! Come talk about what ever you’ve been reading and get some great recommendations! We will meet through Zoom at 3pm Wednesday, July 22nd.
