Storytime Vacation There will be no storytime from Aug 1- 28. Storytime will resume the week of August. 29 with a new weekly schedule including Toddler Time, Preschool/Family Storytime, and Bi-Lingual Spanish storytime.

Family Fun Night: Animal Show Wednesday, August 31. 7:00pm Main Library See wild animals up close! Conservation Ambassadors' Wild Things offers an educational and exciting presentation that includes animal facts, anecdotes and live animals! All ages welcome. Doors open at 6:50pm, and the show begins at 7:00pm.

Android Tablet ClassesJoin us to learn basic tablet skills in 5 class sessions. Classes are offered in-person at the Main Library and Manor Branch. Develop skills in Google search, email, internet safety and more. 60+ years and older. One Device per household. Low-income families will be prioritized. DIY Memory Lab Orientation Monday, August 15, 6:30pm Main Library History Room Attending this orientation will allow you to book an appointment to use the DIY Memory Lab at the San Leandro Main Library to digitize your photos, slides, and negatives. DIY Memory Lab Open House Saturday, August 20, 10:30am Main Library History Room Stop by to see our Memory Lab equipment, including an Epson 12000XL scanner and VHS transfer station. Staff will demonstrate scanning photos, documents and slides, and share how you can use the Memory Lab to scan and digitize your own items. No registration needed, just drop in.
