All-Ages Community Service Day RESCHEDULED DATE: Sunday, January 29, 2:00-3:00pm Main Library & Manor Branch Library To honor Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy of service, join us at the Main and Manor Branch Libraries for a community service litter removal project. The Library will supply gloves, waste containers and litter pickers. All participants will earn a 1-hour community service credit. Kids must be accompanied by an adult; all participants will need to sign a waiver.

Community Panel: Housing Discrimination, Diversity and Our Community Thursday, January 19, 6:00 pm -7:00 pm Main Library Join us for a discussion on housing discrimination, diversity, and its impact on our community’s past, present, and future. We will have a community panel leading the conversation with time for question and answer from the audience. This program is part of a series related to “The History of Redlining and Housing Discrimination in San Leandro” exhibit currently on display at the Main Library and San Leandro History Museum.

The San Leandro Public Library will have Tech Tutorial classes on the basics of using Apple and Android devices! We will cover the basics of using your Apple device on Monday, 1/23, at 2 pm, and the basics of using your Android device on Thursday, 1/26, at 2 pm. These classes are for adults who want to learn about the basics of their mobile devices. 30 minutes will be dedicated to questions and one-on-one help. Space is limited
