Ages 5 & under. Join us for an early literacy celebration! The Library’s Youth Services staff is taking our classic Hullabaloo storytime out of the building and into the community with stories, movement, and songs for children five and under with their parents and caregivers.

Second Look Films -- Pavarotti Thursday, January 16 @ 12 noon Rogow Room Ron Howard turns his lens on the life of Italian Opera singer Luciano Pavarotti. After attaining world acclaim as The King of the High C’s and one of The Three Tenors, Pavarotti stepped onto the stage of Popular Music proclaiming: “Why should be elite, music? Excuse me. Coming up for KIDS Hullabaloo! Every Tuesday in January and February 10:00 am -- Squirm & Toddle - Stories, movement, songs & more. Ages birth to 2 10:30 am -- Crafty Kids - Develop kindergarten readiness skills with a craft. Ages 2 to 5 11:00 am - Preschool. Stories, movement, songs & more. Ages 3 to 5. Paws & Pages Wednesday, January 15th 4:00 - 5:00 pm On the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month children can drop in to the Youth Services area and read aloud to a furry pal! Benefits of reading with a dog: Non-judgmental audience Relaxing, low pressure setting Positive experience with reading Builds confidence & reading skills The Library uses volunteers and therapy dogs from Wild Dog Training 5 Paws Therapy Group.
