Drums Alive Fitness Class

*This class is geared towards senior citizens.Drums AliveĀ® joins the dynamic movements of aerobic dance with the pulsating rhythms of the drum. It is a unique sensory/motor program that is designed to give the mind and body instant feedback through continuous movement and rhythmical flow. It is a program that utilizes "whole brain - whole body" thinking by developing sensory motor reflexes and kinesthetic awareness.Theresa Rowe is a nationally certified fitness professional, author, radio and TV host, motivational speaker, and child of God. She has been teaching a smorgasbord of fitness classes for over 30 years, and has taught thousands of people how their health and wellness can strengthen their faith, while strengthening their bodies. As a survivor of two open heart surgeries, Theresa exercises her ministry by sharing life experiences, offering hope by positively impacting the lives of others, and inspiring a spiritual approach to whole person wellness.

Join Beth Jarboe as she talks about essential oils in terms of safety, specific uses, and which oils are great for those just starting out.Beth Jarboe is a wife and mother of 7 who uses essential oils to help convert her home into a chemical and toxin free environment. She has used essential oils in her home for nearly 2 years and has been teaching about their benefits for 1 year.
