Wear a Star Wars or space costume to have your picture taken with Star Wars characters, make your own light saber, and stay to watch the original Star Wars movie (PG) starting at 11:30 AM. Pick up reading logs and program schedules and check out lots of books for reading for fun this summer!

Boldly go where no one has gone before...to Sci Fi Trivia night at MAP Brewing! Come with friends for food, drinks, and fun while Bozeman librarians tease your brain with questions about the Sci-Fi movies, TV shows, and books you love!
Saturday July 21, 1:00 - 4:00 PM:Moon Launch Anniversary Party
The anniversary of the Apollo 11 launch is upon us! Join us at this retro party- costumes (retro or space themed) encouraged. Come watch footage of the launch and landing, learn history about NASA, and have some fun!
We also have daily activities for kids and teens, reading logs with awesome prizes, great books and ebooks for everyone, and tons of great ideas for your summer of fun.
Music on the Green returns with free family-friendly concerts this summer right here at the Library! This annual series, now in its 7th year, is made possible by the support of private donations and local businesses.

With your Library card, you now have free online access to two new consumer and DIY online resources, Chilton Library and Consumer Reports. Friends of the Library have provided the start-up funds for both of these resources. Chilton Library contains detailed vehicle maintenance and repair information. It also has Consumer Reports is a fair an unbiased resource to use for making purchase decisions.
Summer should be a stress-free time for parents, kids, and teens.The Summer Meals Program with the Gallatin Valley Food Bank is available all summer long, starting June 10 - August 30, Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
The program is open to ALL kids and teens 18 and under. FREE, healthy meals are available at meal sites across the Gallatin Valley.
There are no applications to fill out or proof of income. Just show up and enjoy a meal!
Visit the Bookmobile We have a whole bunch of great stops lined up for the Bozeman area this summer! From regular neighborhood stops to the Sweet Pea parade, we want you to make the bookmobile part of your summer! Check out the links below for our calendars for each month. Print them out, and put them on your fridge!
Labyrinth Opening Please join us for the official opening of the Labyrinth on June 27th at 11:00 AM. Located just off the trail between Peet’s Hill and the Library, this 60-ft diameter sculpture is built of Montana sandstone and reclaimed cobblestones. It will be a place for quiet contemplation and self-reflection. The Labyrinth itself will be accessible after June 27th, but the landscaped area around it will be temporarily fenced until the grasses have matured. We hope you enjoy this excellent addition to the Library campus!
Yoga for All
Namaste! Yoga for All is held every Tuesday at 11:00 AM and again at 12:00 PM. All abilities are welcome! Please bring your own mat. If you don’t have one, we have a few spare mats, blocks and straps you are welcome to use.
