Moon Launch Anniversary Party Saturday July 20, 1:00 - 4:00 PM The anniversary of the Apollo 11 launch is upon us! Join us at this retro party- costumes (retro or space themed) encouraged. Come watch footage of the launch and landing, learn history about NASA, and have some fun! Dr. Rob Maher from Montana State University will be presenting on the history of the Apollo 11 launch from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. Teen Zombie/Alien Nerf War Saturday, July 27, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM The Library provides snacks, a limited collection of Nerf guns, and extra ammo for our annual summer-time teen Nerf war! We will also have a prize drawing at the Nerf War (you don't need to be there to win). Your chances to win increase with each workshop you go to and each Reading Contest page-tracker form you submit....so the more you do this summer at the Library, the better your chances at awesome prizes! Questions? Call Kate at (406) 582-2414. Creative Workshops for Kids Our fun, fantastic, far-out creative workshops with local community members return in August. Registration opens July 1 on the Kids Summer Reading website. We also have daily activities for kids and teens, reading logs with awesome prizes, great books and ebooks for everyone, and tons of great ideas for your summer of fun.

Teen ProgramsThe annual Bozeman vs. Belgrade reading challenge is back, along with bad sci-fi movies, and out-of-this-world teen crafternoons on Fridays in June and July! There's more info on these awesome programs here.

Free Lunch Summer should be a stress-free time for parents, kids, and teens.The Summer Meals Program with the Gallatin Valley Food Bank is available all summer long, starting June 10 - August 30, Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. The program is open to ALL kids and teens 18 and under. FREE, healthy meals are available at meal sites across the Gallatin Valley. There are no applications to fill out or proof of income. Just show up and enjoy a meal!

Guided Labyrinth WalksMonday, July 8, 6:00 PM Saturday, July 20, 9:00 AM Wednesday, July 24, 9:00 AM Explore the new Labyrinth, a unique interactive sculpture known to inspire reflection and relaxation, with a guided walk. These walks are guided by Sue Powell, Chopra Center Certified Meditation Instructor and Certified Yoga Therapist. Meet at the Labyrinth located just off the trail between Peet's Hill and the Library.

Yoga for AllNamaste! Yoga for All is held every Tuesday at 11:00 AM and again at 12:00 PM. All abilities are welcome! Please bring your own mat. If you don’t have one, we have a few spare mats, blocks and straps you are welcome to use.
