Led by Turi Hetherington, RYT500 Members of the CRC Board of Directors will be available for Q&A Brain injuries - from mild (concussion) to severe traumatic brain injuries - impact many people's lives in significant ways. While individuals may appear the same on the outside, much has been altered inside. For those on the road to recovery, and their care givers, yoga offers not only gentle exercise, but also therapeutic benefits - physically, emotionally and mentally - assisting individuals in reconnecting with their bodies in a positive way and finding a “new normal” post injury. Many find a sense of peace and self-acceptance for the first time, a hidden blessing in their journey.
