Book BuzzBy now you've likely heard all the buzz around Where The Crawdads Sing, the atmospheric coming-of-age story and mystery about the life of beautiful recluse known as The Marsh Girl, by Delia Owens. APL staff members can't stop talking it up and if you're not on hold for it already, we highly recommend you get on the list. If, however, you've already read it and want more like it or if you're looking for something to read while you wait for your copy to come in then we recommend Tell The Wolves I'm Home by Carol Rika Brunt or My Absolute Darling by Gabriel Tallent. Elise LaForge is the Reader Services Librarian and adult fiction buyer at the Attleboro Public Library. If you’re ever stuck on what to read next Elise can help you out with a custom recommendation. You can reach her at elaforge@sailsinc.org.
