Visiting Plymouth and the Plimoth PlantationDid you know the Plimouth Plantation pass includes a visit to the Plimouth Grist Mill, located just a short walk from the Mayflower II? It is a working mill using water power to mill organic corn. Visitors are able to grind corn on a mortar & pestle, watch the miller in action, learn about the importance of mills in the 1600s and the ecology of the area including the annual herring run, and visit the Mill's museum shop to purchase freshly ground organic cornmeal. Plimouth Plantation has limited admission and strongly encourages that tickets be purchased in advance. The Library's pass entitles the patron named on the voucher to purchase tickets for up to 6 individuals at the reduced rate of $16 per adult; $10 per child ages 5-17. Please see https://attleborolibrary.org/passes/ for more information.
