August at the Mansfield Public Library Summer may be wrapping up, but we have much more in store for you at the library this month! Summer reading continues so kids, teens and adults need to keep reading to earn raffle tickets for our awesome prizes! Check out the wonderful kids events we have planned including a stuffed animal sleepover and a visit from the famous Science Bob! Kids have been loving our drop in programs every Tuesday through Thursday! Check it out! Teens are invited to a Mario Cart 8 Deluxe tournament, origami and bullet journaling workshops and a chance to help set up and photograph the stuffed animal sleepover! For adults we have pastel painting, a downsizing workshop, the mystery book club and our usual line up of Monday Fundays and Thursday Night at the movies! We are also hosting a special foster parent recruitment night for Mansfield. Remember if you need to keep cool, we are here with air conditioning, comfy chairs, and lots of books and magazines!
