Attention Crystal Lake Public Library Patrons! CLPL's catalog and check-out system will change on April 17. The Library will transition from its current system to a new Polaris system at the end of the day Friday, April 13 and continuing through April 16. The Library will be open during this time, and you will be able to check out materials. However, some functions won't be available such as My Account, check-ins and holds. For that reason, any materials returned to the Library from April 14 to 22, will be checked in as if they were returned April 13. Normal check-in process will resume Monday, April 23. What can you do to prepare for the changes? 1) Change your password to ALL CAPS. (All passwords will migrate to the new system in all CAPS. Numbers will not be affected. You will have the option of changing your password after your initial login to the new system). Click here and see Question #1 for more information Questions? Visit the CLPL Circulation Desk, or call 815.459.1687, x4.
