Toddlers will learn about arts and crafts. They will gain fine motor skills as they are exposed to the use of safety scissors, stamps, paint brushes and other tools. Fun and age appropriate crafts will be an introduction to the world of preschool crafts. Please dress in your oldest pre-stained clothing.
Come in for an open art or science lab where kids can build and craft. Experiment with perler beads, painting ceramics, folding origami, making silly putty, weaving with yarn, making straw rockets and potting plants.
The School of the Arts Instrumental Music Departments presents "SOTA Community Music Outreach" featuring students from the orchestra, band, and guitar departments. Having played their instruments for many years, they are hoping to transfer their knowledge onto the next generation of kids in the community. They are presenting classical and other types of music suitable for all ages.
