Foraging Foods of Northern California Tuesday, November 19 6:30-7:30pm Chef Farais identifies the edible, wild and native foods growing around the Bay Area. Farais, Marin County chef and founder of “Indigenous Edibles” is a lecturer, cooking instructor, native plant specialist, and food educator. He is one of the few Bay Area chefs who specialize in the history, taste, and promotion of California’s indigenous, edible plants.
