From collage to watercolor, still life to mason jar crafts, give your brain time to relax and enjoy an hour of creating. All supplies are provided, and all skill levels are invited to join.

Recreation Collection (All Branches)Look up "Recreation Collection" in the catalog to find all manner of fun outdoor equipment, board games and outdoor games! The Nevada County Library's Recreation Collection is made up of items meant to be used to increase social equity and encourage recreation. Items can be shipped to any branch for pick-up. The Recreation Collection is provided thanks to a generous grant from the California State Library.

Join us in needle felting little sweet treasures and learn how fun and easy felting can be. Each class will offer a new project. All supplies are provided and all skill levels are welcome.

Make Your Mark (MH)Tuesday, September 27, 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM The history of printmaking began in Han Dynasty China. The earliest know example, a woodblock print on silk, has been dated during the Han dynasty from 206 B.C. to 220 A.D. This program will be exploring the four main types of printmaking, Intaglio, Relief, Stencil and Planographic. We will try the different techniques, while experimenting with the print making process and finding our own individual mark making style. All skill levels welcome and all supplies are provided.
