A Young Adult Book Club for grownups? There are tons of adults avidly reading YA novels and nonfiction, and now there's a book club for them! Book discussion is at Brew Bakers, 209 W Main Street in Downtown Grass Valley. March's book is, "Crossing Ebenezer Creek" by Tonya Bolden.
Enjoy an afternoon with sourdough, tea and door prizes. This book discussion is something of a science cafe and book club hybrid and is made possible by a grant from the National Science Foundation. Don't miss the chance to talk with our local science partner about the art of baking and the peculiar starter depicted in the novel, "Sourdough."
