Birmingham New Music Festival
 
The Birmingham New Music Festival is a three-day event that presents new works by regional and national composers. Hoover Library is proud to host the Friday night event in cooperation with the Birmingham Art Music Alliance. Trent Bradford (highland pipes), Seth Noble (vibraphone), Craig Hultgren (cello), and Geni Skendo (flute) will perform works by composers Michael Coleman, Shawn Crouch, Monroe Golden, Matthew Scott Phillips, Tom Reiner, Alan Schmitz, and Geni Skendo.
