September is Library Card Sign-up Month, a time when we join the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries nationwide to remind everyone about the valuable resources available with a library card. Use your library card to access a world of resources thanks to Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS). Read ebooks and listen to audiobooks on Libby, stream videos using Kanopy, and access live homework help in English, Spanish and French online through our Brainfuse HelpNow service. Take practice exams with Brainfuse JobNow and learn new software, creative, and business skills with videos on LinkedIn Learning. Get your e-access card in an instant at wccls.org/online-card, then head over to wccls.org/research to make the most of your school year. Visit us in person to upgrade your card for checking out any of the nearly 2 million items available to you through WCCLS, including our Library of Things laptops, hotspots, tools, gadgets, tabletop games, and more. Join the celebration by getting a library card and be entered to win one of four $25 gift cards. Returning patrons using their card for the first time since 2020 are also eligible. Card holders must have a Sherwood address to be eligible to win.
