Filling out the application and finding the right unemployment resources can be overwhelming. Fortunately, JobNow from Brainfuse now offers unemployment benefits help. Benefits coaches are available Monday through Thursday 3 pm to 8:59 pm to help applicants determine unemployment benefits eligibility using state and federal guidelines.

Brainfuse JobNow is a one-stop-shop for job seekers with a Washoe County Library card. Besides the unemployment resources, JobNow continues to provide employment and skill building resources, including one-on-one interview and resume coaching.
