Peanutcracker: the Story in a Nutshell
 
This holiday season, Sierra Nevada Ballet is partnering with the Pioneer Center for Performing Arts to create a virtual holiday special for children. Since live, in-person performances are not possible right now, Sierra Nevada Ballet has designed a special two-segment virtual presentation for children featuring the creation of Peanutcracker and the 2019 performance of the ballet at the Pioneer Center.

In response to increasing COVID-19 rates in the county, we have suspended hold pick-up services until at least January 4. The Friends of Washoe County Library is a member-supported 501(c)(3) Nevada non-profit organization dedicated to advocating, fundraising, and providing support for the Washoe County Library System.
