Food for Fines November 1–30 Washoe County Library System is proud to partner again with the Food Bank of Northern Nevada and Project Mana for the spring “Food for Fines at the Library” event. Patrons can bring in one non-perishable food item for every overdue book or other item. (Food cannot be exchanged for lost or damaged library materials.)

Library Closures Because of the upcoming Veterans Day and Thanksgiving holidays, we have several closures this month. All branches will be closed: - Sunday, November 11
- Monday,November 12
- Thursday, November 22
- Friday, November 23
Additionally the North Valleys Library will be closed Tuesday, November 13. The Downtown Reno and Spanish Springs will be closed Wednesday, November 21.
