Candidate Forums Join us for one of three Speak Youth To Power Candidate Forums in May in the Downtown Reno Library Auditorium. While these events are youth-centered, all members of the public are encouraged to attend. These are not debates, but forums for candidates to address issues. Audience members will also have the opportunity to ask questions. All programs begin at 6 pm at the Downtown Reno Library. These non-partisan forums are sponsored by the Reno News & Review, This is Reno, the Holland Project, KWNK, and Washoe County Library System, and are open to all candidates. - Thursday, May 3: Washoe County Commission
