Tuesdays, 11:00 am
Join other families with children ages 3-5 years for stories, puppets, movement, fingerplays, and singing. Afterwards children will be invited to play, finish an art project, or explore a STEM topic.

**New Program** Dance! Move! Play! Wednesdays at 10:15 am Rogers Room Get your wiggles out at the library! Get together with friends or meet new ones for mostly unstructured play time. We provide equipment that encourages jumping, running, throwing, and balancing – great for developing all those large-motor skills!

Make a Zine (Teens and Tweens) Thursday November 7th 4-5 pm (teens) Thursday November 14th 4-5 pm (tweens) Join us at the library for a free zine workshop! Zines (pronounced "zeens") are DIY publications for self-expression, made using collage materials and copy machines. No experience is necessary, and we'll provide the supplies--but feel free to bring any specific paper materials you'd like to include, like photos.

Land of the Midnight Murder Saturday November 16th 10:30 am - 12 pm Join Librarian Bob Abbey for an informal tour through the land of Nordic Noir—the mysteries and crime novels from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland! We’ll look at the development and evolution of the genre from the 1960's up through the present day, explore how these stories address various social and cultural issues, and talk about new or unfamiliar authors and series to keep on your radar screen. Bob will also share his favorite film and TV adaptations and provide reading and viewing suggestions for those interested in taking a deeper dive into the world of Scandinavian crime fiction.

Fun@4 - Slime all about it! Monday November 25th 4-5 pm Visit the library after school one evening each month for a project that focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, or Math (STEAM). Planned for children GRADES 2-5. Program will continue each month during the school year. This week: We’re mixing slime, but the fun doesn’t stop there. Anyone can make this fun non-Newtonian fluid…but it takes experimentation to figure out the right combination and quantities of ingredients to create the ULTIMATE slime. Will you have what it takes?
