Library Hosting Come Write-Ins for NaNoWriMo Participants
National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) is a fun, seat-of-your-pants approach to creative writing. Every November, thousands of writers around the world congregate at Come Write In
spaces to pursue their creative dreams and write the first draft of their novel. Valuing enthusiasm, determination, and a deadline, NaNoWriMo is for anyone who has ever thought about writing a
novel. NaNoWriMo believes in the transformational power of creativity. They provide the structure, community, and encouragement to help people find their voices, achieve creative goals, and build new worlds—on and off the page.
NaNoWriMo begins November 1st, and the Coffeyville Library has agreed to open its doors to NaNoWriMo Writers! The Library invites writers to use the library’s meeting room as a quiet change of scenery to write their novels. See the Write-In Dates listed below!
