Santa Barry will visit Rural Hall Branch Library on Monday, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m. in the Auditorium. This event is open to all ages and will include a Christmas-themed craft. Storytime with Santa Monday, Dec. 3, 6-6:45 p.m. Children and their caregivers are welcome to attend a special nighttime storytime with Santa. Children can also make and create a Christmas-themed craft.

Cosplay & Cookies Friday, Dec. 14, 4-5:30 p.m. Teens (6th-12th grade) are welcome to cosplay as their favorite anime, manga, or superhero character and recreate their favorite character in cookie form.

Toddler Storytime Mondays, 11-11:30 a.m. Children up to 2 years old and their caregivers are welcome to join us each week as we sing songs, listen to stories and repeat rhymes. No storytime on Dec. 17, 24, and 31.

Preschool Storytime Thursdays, 11-11:45 a.m. Children (3-5 years old) and their caregivers are welcome to join us each week for stories, songs, rhymes and interactive flannelboard activities. No storytime on Dec. 20 and 27.

Music and Movement Second Thursday, 11-11:30 a.m. Join us for a fun-filled program for children (0-5 years old) and their caregivers. We will have an interactive storytime and use props (shaker eggs, scarves and rhythm sticks) to sing and dance to the music.

Family Storytime & Craft Activity Saturday, Dec. 8, 11-11:45 a.m. Families with children of all ages are welcome to join us for stories, songs, rhymes and a craft activity.

Teen Anime Club Friday, Nov. 9, 4-5:30 p.m. Teens (6th-12th grade) are welcome to join us this month as we cosplay in our favorite anime, manga, or superhero character. We will also decorate cookies into our favorite characters. Please call the front desk at 336-703-2972 for more information.

Stitching Circle Every Tuesday (except the First), 6-8 p.m. Join in on the yarn crafting fun! Bring your project and your pattern. Get help with new techniques or just relax as you work on your project in an atmosphere of encouragement and inspiration. Ideal for knitters and crochet lovers.

Sewing Circle Third Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. Bring a sewing project to work at the library each month. Two Brother sewing machines are available to use. Beginners are welcome to attend.
