CLEMMONS BRANCH LIBRARY NEWSLETTER As the weather turns cool, things are heating up at the Clemmons Branch Library! With book club and cooking club meetings, a tech program for teens, story times, a kids' craft program, and a seminar on bees, there is a lot to buzz about at the library.

New Building News A sign has been posted at the future site of the Clemmons Branch Library to announce its forthcoming arrival. The new Clemmons Branch Library building will be located on a nearly 3 acre parcel of land on Stadium Drive behind Lowes Foods. Groundbreaking at the site is tentatively planned for December of this year.

NEW START TIME Due to the new library hours, Book Lovers' Club meetings will now start at 6:30 p.m.

Join this dynamic group for a discussion of The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware on November 6. On December 11, the book club will discuss The Guilty by David Baldacci. Clemmons Cookin' Book Club

Choose a recipe from a pre-selected book and we’ll make a copy for you. Bring in the finished dish on the day of the meeting to share with other members. Must bring a dish to attend. On November 15, the Cookin' Club will be making recipes from the African continent. The Club will also meet on December 20, with a theme yet to be determined. Meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday, November 15 @ 4:30 p.m. Join us for Teen Tech ( Maker) Programming. Come learn about Little Bits! These electronic building blocks snap together with magnets and are easy-to-use.
