Banks Public Library is a small but mighty member of the Cooperative. The library has been a part of the Cooperative since the founding of WCCLS and has served the city from many locations. The library moved to its current location in 1997. An expansion in 2017 allowed the library to add programming for all ages to its services. Located where Highways 6, 26 and 47 come together, Banks Public Library is a great place to stop on your way to other adventures.

"A fun and satisfying end to a great trilogy! This book is funny, heartfelt and thought provoking." -Susan C., Banks Public Library

"A funny and relatable middle school book. Dany uses her great aunt’s magical sketchbook to draw herself a clone to help with homework and climbing the social ladder. When they accidentally unleash a genie-dog, they enlist their friends to set things right." -Lisa P., Banks Public Library
|
"Definitely not your usual cozy mystery! Auntie Poldi has retired to Italy to drink and stare at the ocean, until a murder interrupts her plans. Poldi fancies herself a detective and also fancies detectives, so the search for the murderer is lively." -Susan C., Banks Public Library
