It’s the start of a new year and you’re probably either making resolutions or telling everyone who asks that you *don’t* make resolutions. Every year since the beginning of her library career, Director of Sales and Marketing, Jennifer Lohmann, has set an intention to be a better readers’ advisor and has come up with a couple of strategies to do that.
