Library Services available during LockdownOur buildings may be closed, but we are proud to still be able to safely offer Library Services such as Virtual Programs, and allow borrowing of materials through our Curbside Pick-up, and access to our Virtual Library for ebooks and online resources. To keep our community and staff safe, our Cobourg and Gores Landing Libraries will be offering Contactless Curbside Pick-up service during previous open hours until further notice. Bewdley hours are yet to be determined - watch our Social Media or webpage for updates.

The link can be found by logging into your Library account online with your Library Card# and PIN#, then clicking on the "Ancestry Library Edition" link that appears on the bottom of the left-hand column.

Cobourg - Contactless Pick-up for Items How does it work? - Place a Request on an item online or by phone
- If the item is "Available" staff will search for it. When found, the item will be Checked-Out to your account,
and placed in a paper bag (go to Step 5). - If the item is "Out", it will go into Isolation for 3 days when returned (although it will show as available for pick-up)
- After the isolation period, the item will be Checked-Out to your account, and placed in a paper bag
- The following day, you will receive a phone call and/or an email to let you know the item is ready to be picked up.
- Your items will be available for Contactless Pick-up at the Parking Lot side doors (during the hours above).

Return All Items to our Drop Box (Cobourg) When you come to the Cobourg Library, please be sure to drop off your returns into the outside drop box slots just north of the main doors on the parking lot side. All returned items are checked in during open hours, and isolated for 3 days before becoming available to borrow or fill requests.
