The Seventh Annual Small Business Week May 6-11, 2019. A series of workshops will be held Monday to Thursday evenings. The finals of the Business Plan and Pitch Competition will pit three finalists against one another vying for a $3,300 cash and other prizes on Saturday, May 11. Before, during and after the Pitch Competition, Member businesses of NaperLaunch will be on display showcasing their products and services to the community in the NaperLaunch Small Business Showcase from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. NaperLaunch members may reserve space at the Showcase and meet local residents as they visit the Pitch Competition Finals and other library visitors on a busy Saturday. Business Plan and Pitch Competition Finals
Saturday, May 11, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Local entrepreneurs will participate in a business plan and pitch competition. Finalists will pitch their plan publicly to be judged by a panel of experienced entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and angel investors.
