Start your weight loss journey with a walk at home program! If you're new to exercising, begin with the gentle-paced, 20 minute - 1 Mile - beginner program. Leslie will teach you how to increase your heart rate with low impact moves. In this workout you'll start to pick up the pace and work to increase your heart rate. Leslie incorporates more upper body movement during the walk, which makes it more challenging and rewarding. This is a good fit for someone who is just starting to exercise. Unlike other DVDs, Leslie presents the exercise alone (no other walkers with her). She is very encouraging and positive. I recommend this to others starting out. For those who are already active, it's a nice warm-up before you move on to more strenuous things.
