Choosing an Organizational Structure

Learn the different ways in which a business can be organized as Fox Valley SCORE mentors Fran Zollers and Harry Eng address legal and financial pros and cons of doing business as a sole proprietorship, partnership, including LLC, as well as the various forms of incorporation, including C Corp versus S Corp. Additionally, the reporting requirements of each will be compared, and most importantly, the limits of liability each form provides and how a business owner might lose the corporate veil by not taking the proper actions will be discussed.

Participants will learn how to implement a KPI management process, which metrics should be KPIs and how to keep the process relevant in today's fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.
