Please join the Edmond Library for a free health fair. Community experts from Healthcare Express and Natural Grocers will be on site to share healthy eating tips, perform blood pressure and glucose checks, and demonstrate the correct way to exercise. Door prizes will also be awarded!

If you want to improve your health but have difficulty with standing exercises, come try a chair yoga class with a registered yoga instructor. Chair exercises may be helpful for those suffering from a variety of health conditions or those who have trouble moving through the up and down motions of traditional yoga. Come to one session or as many as you'd like!
