USCF Rated Chess Tournament Saturday, November 3. 9 am to 1:30 pm Open to chess players of all ages and skill levels. 3 rounds with players in Quad sections based on rating and age. Young players and players new to rated chess tournaments are welcome and encouraged to participate! All Together Playing in the Kitchen. Friday, November 23 at 10:00 a.m. For children ages 2-5 and a parent or caregiver. We will be focusing on all things kitchen and food related. It's a kitchen party! Children and families will have the opportunity to explore food-related centers such as the grocery store, kitchen, playdough activities, matching utensils, a sensory bin. Children will receive a chef's hat and apron to take home to encourage cooking with their families. Throughout the day, there will be a focus on healthy, balanced eating and good choices.
