Links Project Read The central organization for adult literacy classes, ESOL programs, and GED classes in the Miami Valley. Miami Valley Career Technology Center Aspire Adult Basic Literacy Education in Reading, Applied Mathematics, Applied Technology, and Essential Skills. English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes. GED classes at the Main Library are run by MVCTC Aspire. Ohio Literacy Resource Center The Ohio Literacy Resource Center provides support, training, and resources for people who work in and attend classes at adult and family literacy programs. Welcome Dayton Welcome Dayton offers translation services, citizenship clinics, visa help, and has links to ESOL classes and local events USCIS U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is the government agency that oversees lawful immigration to the United States. Helpful tools, guides and exercises are available to assist with the naturalization process.
