Wednesday, November 18 at 2p.m. on Facebook Live As you connect over this holiday season with your loved ones, even if you do so virtually, you can still create family memories and keep long-ago stories alive. You just need to know what questions to ask and what items to gather so your family traditions will continue to flourish in the years ahead. Join Library Director Sharon Perry as she offers tips for identifying people in photographs, goes over a list of basic questions to ask about family history, and gives you guidance on where to look for clues. Along the way, she will also provide some insights into how to start tracing your genealogy, the formal study of your family's roots. Ms. Perry has helped families preserve their memories through oral history, journals, photographs, and artifacts for more than 20 years and would love to help you do the same.
