Help Students Make Music! Drop Off Used Instruments at the Library.Duval County Public Schools is hoping to make sweet music again with its annual Instruments for Change campaign. Donations of new and gently used instruments are being accepted at Jacksonville Public Library locations and throughout the community through Jan. 26, 2018. All donated instruments will be inspected, repaired (if necessary), and sent to schools where students need them in order to continue their instrumental music studies.
