Addams Family ValuesThe adventures of the Addams family continue, when Uncle Fester gets married to a murderous socialite, and Gomez and Morticia have another baby.
William, Administration
"This sequel to 1991's The Addams Family, and based on the characters created by Charles Addams, follows the Addams Family as they welcome their latest ghoulish addition - baby Pubert. The superior cast, including Anjelica Huston (Morticia), Raul Julia (Gomez), Christopher Lloyd (Uncle Fester), Christina Ricci (Wednesday), and Carol Kane (Grandmama), is made even better with the introduction of Joan Cusack's Debbie, Pubert's new nanny with a dark past and ulterior motive. Among the many highlights is the Thanksgiving-themed play at Camp Chippewa, the summer camp where Wednesday and Pugsley are sent against their will. Macabre, witty, and hilarious, this is a great flick for the spooky season." |

Little Women Tells the story of the four March sisters, Jo, Beth, Amy, and Meg, who come of age during the American Civil War while their father is away serving as a minister to the troops. Jane: Circulation "In this newest version of Little Women, directed by Greta Gerwig, the four March sisters are depicted from adulthood with flashbacks of their past. There is a definite focus on the aspirations of women and their position in society in this adaptation. The stunning cinematography, inspired acting, and the slightly different perspective of Jo in the ending, make this an uplifting film."

Hotel Transylvania 2 When Dracula's daughter and her husband go away for a vacation, Dracula tries to bring out the monster side of his grandson, Shea, Communciations Manager "Hotel Transylvania is a super-fun seasonal family favorite movie at our house, and it's great for kids of all ages. The story begins with Dracula and his daughter Mavis, who is growing up before his eyes in Dracula's lavish five-stake resort where monsters and their families can live it up and no humans are allowed. And wouldn't you know it, Dracula's daughter falls for a human who accidently shows up to Hotel Transylvania. Antics ensue, wonderful life lessons are scattered lovingly throughout the movie, and it's all-around an enjoyable movie. It's really not at all scary, either. All of the characters are relatable, actually kind of cute(...for monsters), and likeable. The story line is light and will make you want to check out the other sequels."

Dead Still Set in Victorian Ireland, this movie follows a photographer specializing in photographing the dead, who gets drawn into investigating a series of murders. Nadge, Adult Services
"It's a macabre profession: Memorial Portraiture (photography of the recently deceased). An 1880's Canadian mix of mystery, murder, suspicion, and intrigue. Imagine keeping a family album of deceased murder victims. Who is in possession of the grizzly album?" |

The Call of the Wild The adventures of an unusual dog that is forcibly taken to the Klondike gold fields where he eventually becomes the leader of a wolf pack. Laura, Adult Services "This charming updated version of the classic book features incredibly life-like animated dogs that "interact" with human actors, including Harrison Ford. A heartwarming movie for all ages that, through the magic of technology, takes you into the heart of Alaska and has you rooting for all the dogs."
