| The Innkeeper of Ivy Hill by Julie Klassen John Bell, the innkeeper at Ivy Hill's coaching inn, unexpectedly died in 1819. Now, a year later, his genteel wife, Jane, is the reluctant, very hands-off owner of the starting-to-fail inn. But when the bank tells her there's a huge debt coming due, she feels obligated to save The Bell, especially for the townspeople who depend on it.
