Head to Bernards Township Library during National Library Week to see all that the Library has to offer you! ************************ KICKOFF CELEBRATION CONCERT SUNDAY, APRIL 10th 2:00pm 'Hotter than a Pepper Sprout: America's Music' featuring Nina Et cetera The concert will feature original takes on songs by Elvis, Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, Woody Guthrie, Billie Holiday, and more. Instrumentation includes guitar, vocals, bass, percussion, and harmonica. The performance includes a sprinkling of anecdotes, which highlight the diversity and rich history of American music ranging from jazz, blues, gospel, folk, and rock and roll. Fun for all ages! Friends Digital Media Memory Day Saturday, April 9 10:00am - 12:00Noon
WANT TO PRESERVE YOUR VISUAL MEMORIES? The Friends of Bernards Township Library, in conjunction with Digital Memory Media (DMM), a Division of Innovative Document Imaging LLP, will conduct a digital conversion session.
The Friends of Bernards Township Library will be credited 20% of the revenue as a fundraiser.
Bring your personal materials with you to Program Room B on the lower level of the library to be dropped off and converted to DVD. Conversion can be made from VHS tapes, 8 or 16 mm movies, photos, slides, photo albums, vinyl records, audio cassettes and reel to reel audio. DMM professionals will be on hand to answer all your questions. When the conversion is completed, you will be notified of a date and time to retrieve your materials from the library. Price lists are available on flyers at the Library.

Leisure Learning Spring 2016 Mondays, Mar. 21 - May 9
This continuing education program for adults offers eight Mondays of morning lectures in art, music, literature, history, politics, and current affairs, as well as eight afternoon musical performances. Registrants can attend three of the many program choices offered each Monday for the entire eight week semester.
