In his January 1941 address to Congress, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt laid out his famous Four Freedoms as reasons for the United States' involvement in the war against fascism in Europe.
Two year later, his words would find visual expression in The Saturday Evening Post through four paintings by Norman Rockwell.
