Train Like an Astronaut
NASA is currently seeking astronauts for their upcoming missions to the Moon, Mars and Beyond! Do you have what it takes to explore the galaxy?
Take a break from screen time to practice motor skills, even while you're indoors.
Move like an animal. Jump like a frog or gallop like a horse to get those gross motor skills moving.
Practice fine motor skills by stringing Cheerios or hollow pasta onto yarn or pipe cleaners.
For more motor skills practice, do fingerplays with your child like "Itsy-bitsy Spider" or some of the fingerplays found here.
