| Land of Silence by Tessa AfsharBiblical Fiction. Elianna's troubles begin with the bee, the one that stings and kills her young brother while he is in her care. Another tragedy on top of a chronic illness further her suffering -- but she eventually hears of a holy man named Jesus and touches the hem of his garment in the hope of finding peace and healing. | Murder Comes By Mail by A.H. GabhartMystery. On his day off, Hidden Springs, Kentucky, Deputy Sheriff Michael Keane is driving a rickety bus full of church ladies to the city to see a play. On their way, they spot a suicidal man on the edge of a bridge. Michael talks him down him while an audience that includes the local news reporter watches, but the would-be jumper claims that Michael will regret his actions. When taunting letters and photos of murder victims start arriving at the sheriff's office, Michael is inclined to agree, suspecting that the man he saved is a serial killer.
