Dazzle us with your wizard knowledge in our trivia contest, scavenger hunt, and our special Potions Class. Brush up on your Quidditch skills, courtesy of URI’s Rhody Ridgebacks! Best Year Yet: Yoga for Teens Wednesday, April 1, 6pm-7pm Community Room Join Gabrielle DeFusco, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, and learn to move in new, fun ways and feel good, too! Yoga is a 6,000 year old mind-body practice that helps build strength and flexibility and improves posture, balance, self-esteem, and concentration, all while reducing stress and anxiety. No yoga experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and wear modest, comfortable clothing you can move in. Yoga is practiced barefoot for your safety.
