Summer Reading Kickoff: Mind-Reader Christopher Grace Monday, June 25th @ 6:30pm Christopher's performance kicks off our teen and adult Summer Reading Events, and is open to both adults and teens in grades 6 and up. With over 20 years experience getting inside people’s heads; Christopher Grace will use the various techniques acquired over thousands of performances to predict the impossible, alter your thoughts and perform feats of the brain so complex it will look like a trick! Having traveled the globe from the age of eighteen, he will demonstrate skills that you swear are truly psychic! Or is it all just a trick? You decide! REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Seating is limited.

Shaking Your Family Tree - Using Internet Genealogy Resources Tuesday, June 26, 6:00-7:30pm Have you ever tried shaking your family tree? You never know what characters and stories will fall out! A trained genealogist will introduce you to several internet genealogy resources that will help you begin or continue your research. Be sure to bring any information you already have and make a few phone calls to family members prior to the workshop date. This workshop is open to anyone researching their ancestry, whether your family has been in the United States a decade or for centuries! Please join the hosting members of the Beacon Pole Hill Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution to learn more about your family roots.
