Basic Yoga BASIC YOGA Wednesday, Dec 2, 9, and 16 at 6:00 pm Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher Gabrielle DeFusco will teach this basic yoga class that moves with ease and flows at a mellow pace. Learn correct alignment and form of yoga poses to keep your body safe. Stretch, energize, and build strength and flexibility, while learning breathing and relaxation techniques to calm and soothe stress away. No yoga experience necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. All participants will be required to sign a waiver form prior to participating in the yoga classes.
